    The average delivery time is 5–8 business days.

    Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, allowing us to save significantly on storage and transport costs — so we can offer you lower prices and cover the shipping costs ourselves.

    In 99% of cases, we deliver within the expected 5–8 business days.

    Occasionally, a shipment may be delayed during transit. You can easily check your order status here: Track My Order.

    If you haven’t received anything 3 business days after the expected delivery date, please contact us — we’ll be happy to help!

    Because we work with multiple suppliers, products from the same order may be shipped separately.

    If some items are missing, they usually arrive within 2–3 business days.

    If you still haven’t received everything after 3 days, please contact us — we’ll take care of it right away!

    We’re sorry to hear that your product arrived damaged!

    Unfortunately, it can happen that an item is damaged during shipping.
    If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@zenluri.com.
    After that period, returns can no longer be accepted.

    For the fastest resolution, send us an email with a clear photo of the damaged product on a flat surface where both the label and the damage are visible.
    We’ll process your request quickly and prevent future issues.

    If your item is defective, we’ll send a replacement free of charge.
    If the replacement also arrives damaged, we’ll refund your full purchase amount.

    We always aim to process every order correctly, but mistakes can happen.

    Don’t worry — we’ll fix it fast!

    Please email us within 14 days of delivery at info@zenluri.com with your order number and a photo of the received product.

    We’ll send you the correct item free of charge.

    Orders are processed automatically within 30 minutes after being placed.

    After this, cancellations are unfortunately no longer possible, as our system immediately starts the shipping process with our suppliers.

    If you wish to cancel, please contact us within 30 minutes after placing your order at info@zenluri.com.

    Once your order has arrived, you can still return it within 14 days for a refund.

    Not satisfied with your purchase? You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@zenluri.com.
    Once registered, you’ll receive the return instructions and have another 14 days to send the item back.

    Return conditions:

    • Items must be in original condition with all tags and labels.
    • The product must show no signs of use.
    • Always ship your return with a tracking number.
      You are responsible for return shipping. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 days.
