    Contract Duration and Renewal

    A fixed-term contract for the regular supply of products or services will not be automatically renewed for another fixed period.

    Exceptions may apply to subscriptions for daily, weekly, or monthly publications. These may be automatically extended for a maximum of three months, provided that the customer can cancel the extended contract at any time with no more than one month’s notice before the end of the renewal period.

    A fixed-term contract for the regular supply of goods or services may be automatically renewed for an indefinite period only if the customer can cancel at any time with a notice period of no more than one month. For subscriptions to publications delivered less than once per month, the maximum cancellation period is three months.

    Trial or introductory subscriptions for daily, weekly, or monthly publications will not be automatically renewed and will end automatically after the trial period expires.

    Contract Term

    For contracts with a duration longer than one year, the customer may terminate the contract at any time after the first year with a notice period of no more than one month, unless stated otherwise in the agreement or required by law.

    Article 13 – Payment

    Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be completed within seven (7) business days after placing the order. For service contracts, payment is due after receiving confirmation of the agreement.

    The customer is responsible for promptly notifying Zenluri of any errors in the provided payment details.

    In the event of late payment, Zenluri reserves the right to charge reasonable fees or costs, provided such charges comply with applicable law.

    Article 14 – Complaints Policy

    Any complaints regarding the performance of the agreement must be submitted clearly and completely to Zenluri within seven (7) days after discovering the issue.

    Zenluri will respond to all complaints within fourteen (14) days of receipt. If more time is needed, we will inform the customer within that period and provide an estimated response time.

    If a complaint cannot be resolved through mutual agreement, it will be considered a dispute subject to mediation or other appropriate resolution methods.

    Submitting a complaint does not suspend the customer’s payment obligations, unless otherwise stated in writing.

    If Zenluri acknowledges a complaint as valid, we will, at our discretion, either replace or repair the delivered products free of charge.

    Article 15 – Disputes

    All agreements and transactions between Zenluri and the customer are governed exclusively by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be handled by competent courts in the jurisdiction where Zenluri operates, unless otherwise required by law.
