Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or doesn’t work properly, just email us at info@zenluri.com with a clear photo or short video showing the issue. We’ll send you a free replacement right away — no need to return the defective item.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a customer reason (e.g. wrong item ordered or change of mind), you’ll be responsible for the shipping costs. These depend on your chosen courier.
If the item was damaged or faulty due to our mistake, Zenluri will cover all shipping costs.
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Email us at info@zenluri.com to request your return. Once approved, we’ll email you our return policy and the return form.
Step 2: Wait for confirmation from our team with your return form and return address.
Step 3: Complete the return form.
Step 4: Pack your items securely (preferably in the original packaging). Missing original packaging may lead to a minor value deduction.
Step 5: Send your package to the address on the form and include a tracking number. You’re responsible for the shipment until it reaches us.
Step 6: Share your tracking number with our support team.
Step 7: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method.
